Fried Meatballs Recipe
Though it takes many more ingredients than regular meatballs, the effort, and money worth it. Try to maintain the sequence of our directions. It will help you to provide way tastier meatballs. If you want to prepare deep-fried turkey balls, then just use turkey and egg as protein. The ingredient list and direction is written below:
Ingredients we Need:
- 3 cups of ground pork
- 3 ½ cups of ground beef
- ½ cup of yellow onion, finely grated
- 2 tbsp of garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1 cup of potato, roughly grated
- 1 cup of carrot, roughly grated
- ¼ cup of mushroom, finely minced
- 2 tbsp of fresh parsley, minced
- 3 tbsp of dill, minced
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup of rice, cooked
- 1 tsp of Kosher salt
- 1 tsp of freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- 4 cups of vegetable oil or extra virgin olive oil
How to Make Deep Fried Meatballs Step by Step:
Step 1: Take out a food processor, and add 1 cup of grated carrot into it. Process for 3 minute in 2 phase.
Step 2: Then add ½ cup of grated yellow onion, 2 tbsp of minced garlic cloves, and 1 cup of grated potato into it, and continue processing for 30 seconds to 1 minute at a time.
Step 3: Then add ¼ cup of minced mushroom, 3 tbsp of dill, 2 tbsp of fresh parsley, and keep blending. I’m adding the ingredients in this queue because of having an excellent flavour.
Step 4: Now, let’s go to the protein part. Add 2 large egg, 3 cups of ground pork, and 3 ½ cups of ground beef. Process for 3 minutes to 5 minutes until they are all smooth.
Step 5: Then, finally add ¼ cup of cooked rice into the food processor, and the processing part is done. Lastly season with kosher salt, and freshly ground black pepper.
Step 6: Prepare the meatballs in the size of silver dollars or tiny balls.
Step 7: Dust the prepared meatballs in flour.
Step 8: Take a large frying pan, and add 4 cups of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
Step 9: When the oil is hot enough, carefully drop the meat balls, and cook for 6 minutes or more until they are fragrant and golden. Well, if you can’t see the color, then guess with the foamy oil.
