Step 6: Pour in the heavy cream and keep whisking. Then add the peach juice and vanilla essence, and mix well. 

Step 7: Transfer the mix into an ice cream maker and churn. As the ice cream stiffens, take the peach mixture out of the fridge and pour it into the mix. 

Step 8: Pour the ice cream into your desired storage box. Freeze it for a few hours so it stiffens. 

Step 9: Serve cold.
