How to Make Tony Packo’s Hot Dog Sauce

Step 1: Take a large pan, pour ground beef and garlic, and cook for almost 6 – 8 minutes on medium heat.

Step 2: Stir until it turns pink, stir continuously, so the heat reaches every side and cooks evenly.

Step 3: In between, you can mash the beef with a potato masher to turn it into fine crumbles.
