  • 2-lbs of beef
  • 1-2 tsp of coriander powder
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 tsp of white pepper and cayenne powder
  • ½ tsp of sugar
  • 3-4 tbsp of fish sauce
  • tbsp of oyster or soya sauce to taste
  • ½ cups of vegetable oil
  • Chili flakes to garnish

Step 1:

At first, pat dries the beef pieces and slices into desired pieces. Then set it aside and start to make the seasoning for the beef pieces. In a mixing bowl, take oil and add coriander powder to it.
