1/2 pound frozen blueberries (thawed and drained)

tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup whole-wheat flour

2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 2/3 cups buttermilk

1 cup white sugar

2/3 cup canola oil

1/4 cup cracked eggs

1 tsp blueberry extract

Methods of Preparing Tomato Muffins Step by Step:

Step 1: First of all, take a bowl and whisk to combine 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour, whole-wheat flour, baking powder, and salt. Keep combining all dry ingredients until evenly mixed and set aside.

Step 2: Mix these wet ingredients: buttermilk, white sugar, canola oil, cracked eggs and blueberry extract in a large mixing bowl. Blend the wet mix to liquefy the sugar perfectly.

Step 3: Now, add the dry mix ingredients in the wet mix ingredients slowly and eventually until fully mixed.

Step 4: Then, carefully fold the frozen blueberries into the batter. Pour the batter into muffin tins.

Step 5: Lastly, Bake it in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
