  1. Skinless salmon fillets cut into two even pieces (12 ounces)
  2. Kosher salt for marinade (1/2 teaspoon)
  3. Grated fresh ginger root (1 teaspoon)
  4. Water (4 cups)
  5. Kosher salt for poaching liquid (1 1/2 teaspoons)
  6. Slice of lemon
  7. Extra virgin olive oil (1 teaspoon)
  8. Lemon juice (1 teaspoon)

Cucumber, Jicama, Ginger Salad:

  1. Cucumber (3/4 cup) and smashed salt (1/2 teaspoon)
  2. Grated lime zest (1 teaspoon) and Grated ginger (2 teaspoons)
  3. Fresh lime juice (2 Tbsp.) and onion (1/4 sliced thinly)
  4. Mint (Chopped, 1 Tbsp.) and jicama (2/3 cup)
  5. Ripe avocado (1) and Cilantro (chopped, 3 tbsp.)
  6. Leaves of butter lettuce (6 large)

How to prepare

Step 1

Smear with salt and grated ginger and put in the refrigerator to chill (for about 30 minutes), in the meantime, you prepare the other elements.

Step 2

Take a middle size bowl. Calmly mix lime juice, cilantro, chopped mint, red onion, grated ginger, lime zest, jicama, salt, and diced cucumbers. Take away for the flavors to mix

6. Lemon (juice, 1 teaspoon)

7. Olive oil (1 teaspoon)

For the salad:

  1. Celery stalks (chopped, 2)

  5. Extra virgin olive oil (1 tablespoon) and Dill (chopped, 2 tablespoons)
  6. Black pepper (1/8 teaspoon) and Lemon (juice, 3 tablespoons)

Directions

Step 1

Polish the salmon fillets with salt. Cool it for 30 minutes while you are preparing the other items.

Step 2

Put olive oil, capers lemon zest and juice, celery, black pepper, red onion, dill, in a large dish.

Add water, a slice of lemon, and salt in a pot to hold the salmon. Boil it and later simmer for about 5 minutes. Now mix the salmon to the bowl. Back to a simmer and bake it (for about 4 minutes)

Step 1
