The Ragu classic alfredo sauce has been a life saver for me. As a foodie, I know my taste and didn’t get time at all when it was horse-like work time. But still I could enjoy delicious foods at home with this sauce.

Ragu classic alfredo sauce is like a mother to all pasta items. It is also okay just to dip your macaroni or fettuccine in the sauce and have it. Trust me, the taste is absolutely amazing.

How to Make Chicken Alfredo with Ragu Classic Alfredo Sauce?

To prepare chicken alfredo, you don’t need much ingredients at all. When you are always busy with your work, it’s really tough to enjoy homemade delicious foods.

But, if you crave for  homemade foods and want to enjoy every meal tasty, then this recipe is a jackpot to you. Squeeze in and satisfy your hungry tummy with you going to-favorite chicken alfredo. 

Ingredients we Need:

1 Lbs of Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Cut into Strips

1 Tbsp. of Butter

1 Jar of Ragu Classic Alfredo Sauce (Modified)

8 Oz. of Fettuccine, Cooked and Drained

Grated Parmesan Cheese (Optional)

Methods of Preparing Chicken Alfredo Step by Step:

Step 1: Take out a large skillet and melt 1 tbsp of butter in it over medium-high heat. 

Step 2: When the butter is melted, place the chicken strips. Stir occasionally for 7 minutes to 10 minutes or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked. 

Step 3: Remove the chicken from heat and set aside.

Step 4: Reduce the heat to very low, add 1 jar of RAGU sauce. Stir continuously for 5 minutes until get finely hot. 

Step 5: The fettuccine is cooked before. Pour the hot sauce and cooked chicken over the fettucine. 

Serve it hot with grated parmesan cheese. Enjoy the deliciousness of chicken strips and the special sauce and make your regular fettuccine more tempting. 

Classic Fettucine Ragu Alfredo Recipe

Ragu classic alfredo sauce recipes are pretty simple. In this one, you will enjoy vegetables in your fettuccine in no time.

To save time, here we will cook fettuccine and vegetables (I’m using here peas and asparagus) at a same. This is going to be delicious as well as healthy.

My bacon bits are previously cooked. But you can prepare it with ½ tbsp. of butter and ½ cup of packaged bacon. It won’t take more than 5 minutes to cook. Anyways, let’s proceed to the recipe 

Ingredients we Need:

1 Jar of Ragu Alfredo Sauce (Modified)

1 Package of Fettuccine Pasta

1 Cups of Parmesan Cheese (for Topping)

½ Cup of Chopped Bacon (I Use the Ready to Use Cooked and Chopped One)

1 Cup of Frozen Peas

1 Cup of Asparagus

½ Tsp of Kosher Salt

¼ Tsp of Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Methods of Preparing Fettuccine Alfredo with Ragu Sauce Step by Step:

Step 1: In a large saucepan, add 1 quart of water. When the water is boiling, add 1 package of fettuccine pasta. 

Step 2: This will take 12 minutes to 15 minutes. When done, drain and set aside. 

Step 3: As I said using frozen peas, and asparagus is totally optional. So, if you are using, then add them with pasta 3 minutes to 5 minutes before draining. Let’s move to prepare other ingredients. 

Step 4: Bring out a microwave safe bowl and add 1 jar of ragu sauce. Warm it up in the microwave for 2 minutes to 3 minutes until you get the desired warmth. 

Step 5: When the vegetables and the fettucine is done cooking, transfer to the bowl with warm sauce. Coat finely.

Step 6: Sprinkle ½ tsp of Kosher salt and ¼ tsp of black pepper or as per taste.

As topping, sprinkle the cooked and finely chopped bacon along with grated parmesan cheese. Serve and enjoy this classic fettuccine alfredo with ragu sauce in no time.

How to Dress up Jar Alfredo Sauce?

RAGU jar alfredo sauce is already better to enjoy. But if you want to take this a level up, then follow this exciting recipe.

I tried it and literally love this. After that, within just 20 minutes, I do this makeover. It increases the flavour amazingly. 

Ingredients we Need:

1 Jar of Ragu Alfredo Sauce

1 Cup of Milk

1 Cup of Mozzarella Cheese, Finely Shredded

1 Cup of Parmesan Cheese

1/2 Tbsp of Italian Seasoning

1/2 Tbsp of Cajun Seasoning

1 Tbsp of Crushed Red Pepper

1 Tbsp of Minced Garlic

Methods of Preparing Step by Step:

Step 1: In a non-stick skillet, heat 1 tbsp of minced garlic over very low heat. 

Step 2: One by one, add ½ tbsp. of Italian seasoning, ½ tbsp of crushed red pepper, and 1 tbsp of Cajun seasoning. Stir them continuously until fragrant. 

Step 3: Add the alfredo sauce and stir to mix. 

Step 4: Add 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and 1 cup of parmesan cheese gradually. Keep whisking until the cheese is melted completely. 

Step 5: With the cheese the sauce is too thick and sticky. Pour 1 cup of milk in 4 or 5 batches until you get your desired consistency.
