The power smokeless grill recipes here today had turned out great on the grill, and you might think where you are at the moment; the backyard or your drawing-room.

Grilled Chicken with Mixed Veggies

This is one of my favorite smokeless grill recipes. As so you know, the winter is here, and the wall has fallen. You there, still want your bbq to taste like backyard bbq but don’t want any snowflakes on your dish.

Fear not, my Northerns, because this powerxl smokeless grill plus will ensure your indoor grill that tastes like outdoor. What we want is, get a tendered juicy inside. On the side, you will have hearty farm-fresh grilled veggies like carrots, yams, onions, and beets.

They will be all tossed with garlic and rosemary marinade. Even though I read different recipes, I discovered this combining result is one of the tastiest recipes I have ever tasted. Let’s just jump into it.

Ingredients:

For Chicken:

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • freshly grounded pepper
  • salt to taste

For Veggies:

  • 3 sliced carrots, lengthwise
  • 3 thinly sliced beets
  • 1 large sliced onion
  • 1/2 cup of thinly sliced yam
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 tsp of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp of fresh rosemary
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • freshly grounded pepper
  • salt to taste

Methods of Preparing Step by Step:

Step 1:

Off to start with the veggies. Prepare the sliced veggies and toss them into a large bowl.

Mix these with 3 tbsp of oil, 2 tsp of vinegar, 1 minced garlic clove, 2 tbsp of fresh rosemary, some fresh ground pepper, and last but not least, salt to taste. There is a secret here.

For those who want a flavor boost, let the veggies marinate for 20 minutes at least. You will get the result.

Step 2:

After letting the veggies marinate for 20 minutes, let’s get to grilling. You will notice how bright the grill is because of the advanced infrared heat technology that cooks smokeless grill. It will ensure to grill all sides of the food evenly.

This also means that you have to flip your food over once or twice during the whole cooking time. But if you flip more and more, veggies might dry out, and you really don’t want to taste that type.

Now, let’s place the marinated veggies on the grill and cook for around 10 minutes. Make sure to turn them over halfway.

Now, remember here one thing. Use ONLY non-metal thong or any other materials to turn them over. I cooked the veggies and chicken in 2 batches. That wasn’t a problem because I just kept the veggies in a foil-covered bowl.

Then, let those rest for a while. By doing this, it will make the flavors more rich and deep.

Step 3:

Off to the chickens. Slice the chicken breasts. Sprinkle those with freshly grounded pepper and salt. Set it aside for 10-15 minutes.

Step 4:

Set the electric grill steak temperature to the highest settings. Once the grill reached the peak, place the seasoned breasts on the grill and cover the lid. After 3-4 minutes, turn it over with a non-metal thong.

After a few minutes, flip it again. Continue until the juices run clear. Be careful not to overcook. There are cases where the chicken remains tender.

Everything grilled up so nicely and with minimal effort. Enjoy the grilled chicken breasts with the veggies. Bon Appetit!

Beef Steak on Electric Grill

This here is another of my favorite indoor grill recipes. I have used New York strips here. Don’t have any preferences; I just like the marbled texture. This mouth-watering recipe is a real deal. Let’s jump into it without further delay.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb of strip steak
  • 1/2 tsp of beef base
  • 1/2 tbsp of grapeseed oil
  • freshly grounded pepper

Methods of Preparing Step by Step:

Step 1:

Take a bowl. Take 1/2 tsp of beef base and mix it well with 1/2 tbsp of grapeseed oil. The beef base is actually the powdered version of beef stock. This will give the indoor grill steak an intense flavor.

Also, this is why no extra salt will be needed. As for the grapeseed oil, you can use olive oil as well. The fact I am using grapeseed oil is because this high smoke point oil enhances the flavor.

Step 2:

Now, start rubbing on the steak. Coat it well on both sides. Don’t forget the sides. Don’t forget to sprinkle a little bit of freshly grounded pepper.

Step 3:

Set up the xl smokeless grill to the highest settings. Once the grill reached the peak, gently place the steak on it. Heard the sizzle, right?

Step 4:

After 3-4 minutes, turn it over with a non-metal thong. You will see the beautiful grilled marks. Now, render some of the fat on the side. Hold the steak with the thong. That’s the place where the most flavor comes out. Flip it on the other side now.

After 3-4 minutes, you will get yourself a beautiful medium-rare steak with the pink texture on the inside. But wait, don’t take off yet. Let it rest on the grill for a couple of minutes. Be careful not to overcook.

There you go—a perfect electric steak grill with a beautiful pink texture. This is one of the best process of preparing indoor grill steaks.

Conclusion:

Now, folks, that’s the best you can get from an electric smokeless grill. Do try both the flavorful recipes. Do let me know if you think there could be added something extra. Adios and Bon Appetit!
