- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 5-pound chuck roast
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

- 1 whole chopped onion

- 2 whole beef bouillon cubes
- 2 cups hot water
- 24 hard rolls
- 4 cup sodium chicken broth
Step 1: Heat the oven. Mix the chopped vegetables, garlic, and thyme. Prepare the herbs. Season the herb at beef. Then add salt and pepper with it.
Step 2: Keep the vegetables with the beef and keep it in the oven for 45 minutes. The temperature should be 130 degrees.
