One minced garlic clove

One teaspoon of chili powder

One teaspoon of ground cumin

Half a teaspoon of dried oregano

1/4th of a teaspoon of cayenne pepper

Three cups of thawed and frozen corn

Salt and pepper, to taste

A package of tortilla chips, crushed

A package of reduced-fat Mexican cheese blend
