  • 1 cup of unsalted butter
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 cup of granulated white sugar
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 3 tsp of ground cinnamon 

Methods of Preparing Step by Step:

Step 1:

Let’s start with the oven. Preheat it to 350°F.

Step 2:

Take a roasting pan. Spray it with a cooking spray. Now, add 10 cups of bugles into the pan in a layer. Set aside.

Step 3:

Take another saucepan. Let’s get to the bugle ingredients. Add 1 cup of unsalted butter and soften along with 1 cup of refined sugar over medium heat settings.

Bring the mixture to boil and boil for 2 minutes. Don’t forget to stir consistently. Remove from the stove. Add 1 tsp of vanilla extract and 1 tsp of cinnamon.

Step 4:

Add the caramel mixture evenly over the bugles dip in the pan. Use a wooden spatula to toss the chips and coat them properly. Remember to left out some of the mixture. Spread the chips in a layer and send it to bake for around 10 minutes.

Step 5:

Let the bugles bake. Now, take a small bowl and whisk the left out mixture and cinnamon along till blended.

Take out the Bugles. Immediately sprinkle the cinnamon sugar over the hot bugle chips. Toss them properly to coat in the mixture.

Caramel Bugles are basically better than any other bugle chips recipes. They are tasted sweet, salty, crunchy, and even chocolaty. Not to remind again, they are addictive as well. They are also quick and easy to make. Let’s get into the recipe.

Ingredients

  • 8 cups of Bugles chips
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
  • 3 tbsp of light corn syrup
  • 1/4 tsp of baking soda
  • 1/4 cup of white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup of sweet chocolate

Methods of Preparing Step by Step:

Step 1:

Take baking sheets—Line the sheets with wax paper.

Step 2:

Take an oven-proof bowl. Add 1/2 cup of butter, 1 cup of brown sugar, 3 tbsp of corn syrup, and stir a bit. Now, don’t ask me if are bugles vegan are not. My neighbors are asking this quite a lot, and I definitely have no answer for this.

Anyway, place the bowl into the oven and set the timer for 30 seconds. The mixture should be smooth and creamy by now. If not, wait a bit more. Take it off the oven.

Step 3:

Now, add 1/4 tsp of baking soda and stir until combined well. After this, add 8 cups of Bugles to the mixture. Place the bowl into the oven once again for around 3 minutes. Now, remember here, give it a good stir after each minute. Take off the oven.

Step 4:

Now, pour the whole bugle chips mixture onto the wax paper. Set it aside to cool

Step 5:

Take a seal-able plastic bag. Put 1/4 cup of chocolate, seal it off, and microwave for 2 minutes. Check if it’s completely melted.

Now, snip off a small triangle off the corner of the bag and drizzle over the chips. The same goes for the chocolate chips.

Cool completely before serving. Enjoy!

Chocolate Dipped Bugles with Peanut Butter 

These chocolate dipped bugles are sweet and salty snacks. You will get the taste of that awesome peanut butter with a chocolaty combination, along with the crunchiness of the chips. Anyway, for this recipe, the bugles chips ingredients aren’t that much. It’s easy, and it’s quick. Let’s jump into it.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups of Bugles chips
  • 1 cup of creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup of granulated white sugar
  • 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp of vegetable shortening
  • 2 tsp of milk

Methods of Preparing Step by Step:

Step 1:

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add 6 cups of bugles and sort out the chips in a layer. Set aside broken ones.

Step 2:

Let’s get a handheld electric mixer. Add 1 cup of peanut butter and 1/3 cup of sugar. Blend it until smooth. Watch out if the mixture doesn’t turn too thick. Add 1 or 2 tsp of milk if needed.

Step 3:

Add the mixture to a sealable bag and snip off a tringle off the corner of the bag. Fill each of the chips with the mixture.

Step 4:

Melt 1 cup of chocolate chips in the microwave. Add 2 tsp of the shortening before, as it will help to soften the chocolate when it sets up.

Step 5:

Dip the end of the chips with the melted chocolate. Let it set. Store it in an airtight container. Enjoy afterward.
