1 Cup of Frank’S Red Buffalo Sauce

3 Tbsp. of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Evoo)

1 Tsp. of Brown Sugar

1/2 Tsp. of Freshly Ground Black Pepper

1 Tsp of Cayenne Powder

2 Tsp. of Garlic Powder

1 Tsp. of Pure Worcestershire Sauce

2 Egg Yolks

1 Tsp. of Water

1 Tsp. of Cornflour or Cornstarch

Methods of Preparing Homemade Spicy Garlic Wing Sauce Step by Step:

Step 1: Take out a small saucepan and add 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil with 2 tsp of garlic powder. 

Step 2: Then add 1 tsp of cayenne and ½ tsp of freshly ground black pepper. Stir for a few seconds. 

Step 3: Add 1 cup of red buffalo sauce with 1 tsp of sugar and 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce. Stir finely with a spatula. 

Step 4: Keep the heat over medium flame until the sauce mixture begins to boil, about 3 minutes.

Step 5: After 3 minutes, reduce the heat to a simmer and let cook for 5 more minutes. 

Step 6: Remove the pan from heat and let the sauce cool for 10 minutes. 

Step 7: Separate the egg white and egg yolk. In a small bowl, place the egg yolk and 1 tsp of water. 

Step 8: Whisk 2 tsp of water with 2 egg yolks, and then add 1 tsp of cornflour. Whisk finely until the cornstarch is completely dissolved. 

Step 9:  Now, pour the egg mixture into the sauce mixture and put it back again on the stove. 

Step 10: Bring it to a boil, stirring continuously with a whisk. 

When done, remove from heat and spread over or cover until use.

2 Cups of Unsalted Butter

1 Cup of Tabasco Sauce

2 Tbsp of Minced Garlic

3 Tbsp of Brown Sugar

1 Tsp of Paprika

1/2 Tsp of Kosher Salt

1 Tbsp of Balsamic Vinegar

½ Tsp of Cayenne Pepper

2 Tbsp of Chili Sauce

Methods of Preparing Hooters’ Bbq Sauce Step by Step:

Step 1: Take out a small saucepan and add 2 cups of unsalted butter over medium-low heat. 

Step 2: When the butter melts completely, add 2 tbsp of minced garlic and stir until fragrant. 

Step 3: Add 3 tbsp of brown sugar, 1 tsp of paprika and ½ tsp of kosher salt. Stir and don’t give a chance to get crumbled. 

Step 4: Pour 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar and stir until the sugar dissolves finely. 

Step 5: Add 1 cup of tabasco sauce, and 2 tbsp of chili sauce. 

Step 6: Bring the sauce mixture to a boil and lastly sprinkle ½ tsp of cayenne pepper.

When done, remove from heat and let cool for 15 to 30 minutes. This sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. 

Serve with hooter’s mouth-watering hot wings and enjoy with your friends and family members!
